NSX Revenge

Its been a good few months for fans of the Honda NSX,
not only has Honda President Takanobu Ito semi-verified an NSX succesor based on the Super GT
racecar HSV-010 is once again in the works, there have been several tuners in Japan and the States both unveiling new cars and breaking records with new setups.

First up is the Kyushu Danji NSX which recently broke the NA Record for Tsukuba circuit
with an amazing 56 second lap time. (The former record was held by the ASM S2000)

The full story on this one is on Speedhunters,
its amazing to see a relatively unheard of group beat the record,
hopefully we'll see ASM counter soon! (gotta hold onto my S2000 pride!)

The Second car is the FX Motorsports NSX which is arguably the fastest Time Attack NSX anywhere.
It took the Super Lap Battle Unlimited FR record on Buttonwillow in November
and along with the Sierra Sierra Evo, smashed the previous records set by HKS and Cusco.

I've been neglecting my blog for the last couple weeks with tests and what not, but I've been keeping an eye on my regular blogs as well as watching over some older NSX video's from best motoring.
I'm becoming more and more of a fan of these cars every time I see them, maybe my next car will be a
lightly used nsx... (I can dream for now!)

Snow Day

Every so often the thought of taking my summer car out for a drive on a winter day rolls around
It may be snowing a foot a minute but the need to hear screaming revs and feel the wind calls me.
I've been wanting to get the car out a lot this winter, so when good weather came around I got a bizarre idea, a snow photo session. I especially wanted a top down snowing photo, its something I'd never
seen browsing s2k forums. Special thanks to my buddy Kaya and his awesome photography, and my school
buddies Twinny and Marcus (and Twinny's gf) for coming along and bearing the cold also.

Old School

A friend of mine sent me this video and I have to say it brought a smile to my face
Jeremy Clarkson, Keiichi Tsuchiya, Drifting, The Midnight Club and R32's in their prime
An oldie but a goodie...
